The continued global emergence of third party funding has changed the way many claimant parties now approach international disputes. There are more funding opportunities for clients with new or existing claims than ever before. These funding arrangements present both a great opportunity as well as challenges for lawyers acting for funded clients or actively seeking funding for potential clients.
