RCAN and Osborne Clarke Seminar – Funding in CIS Arbitrations – What You Need To Know

18:00 on Wednesday 5 November 2014

Osborne Clarke, One London Wall, London, EC2Y 5EB

The continued global emergence of third party funding has changed the way many claimant parties now approach international disputes. There are more funding opportunities for clients with new or existing claims than ever before. These funding arrangements present both a great opportunity as well as challenges for lawyers acting for funded clients or actively seeking funding for potential clients.

RCAN and Osborne Clarke are hosting a seminar to consider the current relevance of, and opportunities for, third party funding in Russian and CIS related arbitrations. Matthew Amey – Director of TheJudge – will be talking about current trends in CIS disputes funding. Alongside Matthew, there will be speaking slots from Greg Fullelove of Osborne Clarke and Maria Gritsenko of Brian Cave.

Matthew Amey (Director, TheJudge – Litigation Funding Brokers) – Current trends in CIS disputes funding
