Over the 13 years of the company’s existence, we’ve continued to grow exponentially. Following the decision back in 2005 to focus on commercial litigation and arbitration, we’ve managed to develop a trustworthy brand among law firms both domestically and internationally.

Whereas 2005 to 2009 largely involved educating major city firms on considering litigation funding and insurance options, 2009 to date has seen the fruits of that labour, with the majority of the referrals we see being made by many of the largest litigation and arbitration teams from around the world.
