Frank is a trained banker and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Hamburg.
Frank spent ten years as Finance Director of a global manufacturer of forklift trucks. He worked for six years as Director of Finance and M&A at one of the world’s largest shipping companies. For fourteen years Frank was Managing Partner / CFO at two of the largest tramp owners of container vessels in the world with an investment volume of more than USD 8 billion.
Since the end of 2018, Frank has been working for Thomas Miller as Managing Director of the Hamburg Group.
Frank has extensive experience from over twenty M&A transactions around the world, including IPOs.
